The logiCRM Four Stage Solution

At LogiCRM we believe that “CRM should be simpler” and “work in tandem” with what the business is trying to achieve.   It should provide a much better return on investment and not just in the financial sense. The opportunity of CRM is the understanding that the most elegant solution is one that is embraced by your people!

CRM Health Check

As data is the life blood of any company, improving data management and team collaboration is paramount.  As results are greatly improved revenues, enhanced customer relationships and significantly improved efficiency throughout the organisation. The changes are profound, irrespective of size and industry.

Requirements Gathering

One of the main reasons for CRM failure and frustration is bad data.  To get good data requires rules and ownership and once implemented, a solid platform can be built.  Product gap analysis, searching for the right person or company and monthly reporting can then all be carried out in the knowledge that the database holds the “truth” and can be totally relied upon.  Once this gets established, your CRM application will start to do what you really want – staff will use it to drive the business forward.

Implementation

Data is crucial!  On launch it must be clean, complete and contain “nuggets” from relevant legacy systems.  The new system must offer more to the business and be easier to use.  Users will not be prepared to add or transfer data themselves from other applications.  Also agreements about ongoing data control must be in place before launch.

Data/Process Review

A key part of the LogiCRM methodology is to ensure that “business orientated” goals and measurable ROI targets are set at the start and monitored on an ongoing basis. The project team should consist of representatives of all functions, so that all input from all aspects of the company’s operations can be included into the programme, however it should be business led. The correct communication programme will emphasis the rational and the benefits which management and users will get from the programme.  They will be kept informed about progress and their expectations can be properly managed and contained.

In our experience, in most situations, it is preferable to take a phased approach to the roll out.  This means that “the pain” can be tackled far more quickly, the company gets quick wins and the project maintains momentum.  Busy sales and other users can cope with small changes more easily, so bedding them in will take less time to enable incremental phases to occur more often

Testimonials

“Mike is a real networker with energy, drive and enthusiasm and this he brings to his work. I highly recommend Mike's skills and experience. A pleasure to do business.”

-Valerie Merrill

“Mike's monthly networking group that meets at the ID in Pall Mall, is the most professional, beneficial, and well run I know . I am recommending people to join virtually every day. Mike, well done and keep up the great work!”

- QJ

“I first met Mike when he invited me to deliver a short presentation to his LinkedIn ‘Company Directors Networking Group' about the power of the LinkedIn site and its value to businesses and business people. Since joining the Group and having attended only my second meeting, I have come to realise what a visionary Mike is.

We all know that network groups reflect the personality of the organiser then the group members themselves, in this case Mike’s sheer enthusiasm and professionalism seems to stream right through the Group, yesterday 50+ people started the meeting at 2:00pm and there were still people there networking when I left at 5:00pm!”
